About the role

Tanks Direct are seeking a skilled and experienced Labour - Rotational Moulder to join our team in our Ayr, QLD facility. This full-time position will have you playing a crucial role in the production and manufacturing processes of our leading plastics company.

What you'll be doing

· Operating and maintaining rotational moulding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products

· Performing mould preparation and loading, monitoring moulding cycles, and unloading finished products

· Undertaking quality control checks and maintaining production records

· Assisting with general labouring duties as required, including cleaning and housekeeping

· Identifying and reporting any equipment issues or process improvements

· Working collaboratively within a team environment to ensure targets and deadlines are met

What we're looking for

· Prior experience in a similar labouring or manufacturing role, ideally within the plastics industry

· Demonstrated competency in operating rotational moulding equipment and other production machinery

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

· Good problem-solving and communication skills

· Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

· A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
