About the Role

As a Roofing Labourer with Aestec Services, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering critical work at the Boyne Smelters Limited site - one of the region's most important industrial hubs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing roofing labouring duties to support trades and maintenance teams across site operations
• Assisting with site preparation, material handling, and clean-up to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
• Contributing to a safe, productive work environment through teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated professionals with the following:

Construction White/Blue Card

QAL / BSL / RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain)

Working at Heights Ticket (or willingness to obtain)

Elevated Working Platform Ticket (or willingness to obtain)

Previous working experience as a roofing labourer

A positive safety mindset and team-first attitude
