Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join the Sydney CBD team. This role is focused on driving new business growth, building long-term relationships, and partnering with clients to deliver signage solutions that elevate their brand.

You'll be backed by industry leaders, full product training, marketing support, and an experienced production team - allowing you to focus on what you do best: winning business.

Responsibilities will include:

* Prospecting and securing new B2B clients across a range of industries.

* Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

* Conducting site visits, client presentations, and solution-based selling.

* Working closely with internal designers and production staff to deliver outcomes.

* Maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a motivated B2B sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing accounts. Signage experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

Key attributes include:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales.

* Proven track record in business development or account management.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Self-driven with a hunter mentality and desire to exceed targets.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
