About The Role

Support Professional
, you'll be a vital part of helping people achieve their goals and live more independently. You'll bring not just your skills, but your whole self – your
empathy, creativity, and resilience
– to help others thrive.

You'll work independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering tailored care aligned with each client's personal support plan.

Work across different locations and care needs.
What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Full, unrestricted driver's licence – a must
  • Personal qualities like empathy, patience, and resilience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills – think emails, reports, and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Qualifications in related fields are desirable
  • Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement (Or happy to obtain)
  • National Police Check (Or happy to obtain)
  • First Aid/CPR, Medication, and Healthy Bodies training – great if you have them already, but if 'll help you get there
