POP MART, founded in 2010, is a global leader in pop culture and art toys, dedicated to sparking passion and bringing joy to all. With over 250 stores and 1,687 Robo Shops across 23 countries, we are looking an experienced full time sales associate to support our World Square store team.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are customer centric and love delivering fun, engaging experiences.
  • Enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Thrive in a team and take pride in hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Have a can-do attitude and a love for pop culture, collectibles and art toys

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a fun, authentic way
  • Share brand stories and product features to help customers find their favourite characters and collectibles
  • Upsell and cross-sell to support sales goals and store performance
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness and replenishment
  • Follow company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
  • Support with stock handling (receiving, restocking, and inventory counts)
