About the role

We have an amazing opportunity in our Jimmy Choo David Jones Elizabeth Street store location for Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Driving sales and contribute to store KPI's
  • Build relationships with our clientele, contribute to customer database, drive appointment bookings

This is a Part Time Sales Associate opportunity located at Jimmy Choo concession within David Jones Elizabeth Street. The scheduled workdays for this role are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

About you

  • Previous experience in retail industry or customer service preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
