We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth In this role, you will assist the HR Manager to provide HR support, deliver operational initiatives to service the project.

Perth Women and Babies Hospital

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:

  • Provide consistent and compliant HR advice to line managers across operational areas
  • Building strong, practical partnerships with operational leaders to support successful project delivery
  • Manage accurate information on the HRIS and provide reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics
  • Partner with managers on providing advice on all employment relations matters
  • Support organisational design and workforce planning activities and work with recruitment team to onboard required personnel in a timely manner
  • Provide support to Recruitment and L&D Advisors as required

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in a HR Advisor role within the construction, engineering or mining sector (or similar industry)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to sensitively, confidentially and fairly manage people issues
