Prestigious Global Client – Perth CBD

Are you a motivated HR professional looking for a role that goes beyond the everyday? This full-time position places you directly embedded with a prestigious client in Perth's CBD — a company expanding into Italy and growing its international presence.

We are seeking a skilled, full-time HR Advisor to provide expert HR support and foster strong connections between the client and SNM Consulting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives globally
  • Assist with performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Collaborate with leaders to address HR challenges and offer solutions
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with global business goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with workplace regulations

About You
  • Previous HR Advisor or similar experience, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently within a client organisation
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
