About our client

Join a well-established and proudly Australian business with a reputation for delivering quality products. Their meat processing facility is expanding, and they are now seeking experienced Butchers and Knife Hands to join their growing team.

About the Role

You'll be working in a modern, fast-paced facility preparing and processing a wide range of meat products. With multiple shifts on offer - early, mid, or late - this role provides flexibility to suit your lifestyle, along with opportunities for overtime on weekends.

What you will do

  • Use your butchery and knife skills to cut, trim, and prepare meat to specification
  • Maintain quality standards and follow strict food safety procedures
  • Work efficiently in a team environment to meet production targets
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture where safety and quality come first

What you will bring

  • Previous experience as a Butcher or Knife Hand in meat processing or retail butchery
  • Strong knife handling and cutting skills
  • Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high standards
