What You'll Learn:
As a Butcher Apprentice, you'll be trained by experienced butchers and gain valuable skills, including:

Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products
Safe use and maintenance of knives and butchery equipment
Food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
Customer service and effective communication
Stock control and product presentation
Working as part of a professional and supportive team

What We're Looking For:

A genuine interest in butchery as a long-term career
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safe and hygienic work practices
Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends
