The opportunity:
We are currently seeking professional individuals to join our Wine Room team. You will bring your passion for wine and exceptional customer service skills to create memorable experiences for our guests. The role incorporates delivering wine tastings in a range of formats, conducting vineyard tours, wine sales and wine club promotion.
Successful applicants will possess:
A passion for wine and a desire to immerse yourself in our Voyager Estate Wines and story
Previous experience in Cellar Door Sales an advantage, as is restaurant, sommelier, tour guide or sales experience
A positive attitude and desire to work in a team environment
A customer focus and passion for creating engaging, memorable experiences
A high standard of personal presentation
Flexibility to work weekends
A current RSA certificate
The right to work legally in Western Australia
