Nestled in the heart of our Cape Dutch Cellar Door, our Restaurant offers an immersive, wine-focused lunch experience, from Wednesday to Sunday each week. The business is active in conducting events on and off-site to promote the brand, as well as catering to a limited number of weddings and private functions throughout the year.

The Opportunity

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our team in the pivotal role of Restaurant Manager.

This is a hands-on role that focuses on all elements for our FOH service delivery in a fine-dining setting, as well as coordination of the FOH team, reservations and finance administration, functions and events.

This position is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional who is keen to demonstrate their skills and experience, take on new challenges and work with an outstanding team of people.

Skills and Attributes:


• Demonstrated experience in team recruitment, leadership and development


• Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting


• Sustainability as a core value


• Strong, clear communication


• National Approved Manager and RSA certificate


• WSET Level 2 or higher preferred


• 2+ years in a similar or suitably related role
