We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable person who is inspired to be of service to our customers in assisting them to find wellness in their life.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Holistic Health: A strong interest in herbal remedies and holistic health practices and being inspired by exploring and learning about the medicinal value of our herbs and plants, mindset for wellness, as well as learning about our eclectic range of other products.
• Qualifications (or studying): Naturopathy/Herbalist/Nutrition would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in Retail: Previous experience in retail, especially in health, wellness, or similar eclectic stores.
• Customer Service Excellence: The ability to provide outstanding guidance and service to our customers, helping them discover products that can enhance their well-being, coupled with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude to work harmoniously with colleagues and contribute to a positive store environment, with a motivated, enthusiastic and committed attitude.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of store presentation and product knowledge.
• Presentation: well presented, professional, reliable, honest and have a genuine respect for the shop, its contents, its appearance, and the space held here.
• Respect: a deep understanding of and respect for alternative health and lifestyle choices is critical for this role.
• Weekends: must be able to work weekends

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their health and wellness enquiries.
• Attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of store presentation
• Strong product knowledge.
• Manage inventory, receiving orders, and handle stock with care.
• Stock display, merchandising and storage.
• Maintain the aesthetic, order and atmosphere of our unique store environment.
• Participate in ongoing education about our products and holistic health practices.
