Position Summary

As a Warehouse Assistant with adorne, you play a critical role in a range of general warehouse duties. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, supporting team with stock movement and a range of other tasks. We want to ensure that every customer receives a well-presented order that reflects our brand. There is also potential with this role to relieve other positions in the warehouse with higher duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to priority and delivery requirements.
  • Use shipping platforms (Starshipit) to process shipments.
  • Assist with daily stock replenishment from bulk storage to pick faces.
  • Support team in stock movement throughout the warehouse and transfers to retail store.
  • Participate in regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Ensure all products are packed to brand standards - clean, folded, tagged, and protected.
  • Print and apply shipping labels, manage manifests, and update order statuses.
  • Assist with the processing of returned products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing and dispatch area.
  • Follow WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) policies and report any hazards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, customer care, and retail teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Contribute to a positive, fast-paced team culture with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in a general warehouse role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with inventory and order management systems (Starshipit)
  • Experience with PeopleVox (or another WMS) will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of customer expectations for presentation and delivery
  • Good communication skills and a team first attitude
  • Physically fit and able to left, move and stand for extended periods
