Take ownership of multi-million-dollar residential projects where your design decisions shape Sydney's skyline.

You'll have genuine influence over delivery, client relationships, and project outcomes — giving you the platform to showcase your expertise and grow into a leadership position.

You'll work in a new purpose-built studio near Wynyard, with the latest design technology and sustainable features that make your day smoother and more productive. Support goes beyond the basics too: mentoring from Directors and funding for your architectural registration will keep your career moving forward.

Flexibility matters here — you'll have one day a week to work from home, while still enjoying the benefits of a collaborative, central Sydney studio just minutes from Town Hall. And with a salary of $120,000 + Super, your package reflects the scale and responsibility of the projects you'll be driving.

What you'll do

Work closely with the Directors and be part of a broader team taking mixed-use, multi-residential and hotel projects through the design phases and into DA. You'll be surrounded by great people in a modern, open-plan studio environment that encourages learning, collaboration and design integrity.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience delivering residential projects in Australia from Concept to DA
  • Strong Revit capability
  • Confidence to lead meetings and manage coordination between consultants and clients
