ABOUT THE POSITION.

Advance your career as an experienced Architectural Graduate by a well-established Sydney based Architecture studio experiencing sustained growth. Step into a role where you'll be supported by a team of highly talented and skilled Architects and senior Architects. You will work on multi-residential and mixed-use developments, leading projects across the full project lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.

DUTIES.

  • Produce DA and CC documentation packages across a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
  • Support Architects in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phases
  • Coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • Strong competency in ArchiCAD or Revit
  • Strong understanding of BCA and ADG
  • Proven experience in multi-residential and/or mixed-use projects
