Due to increased order volume, and a growing business, we have a permanent position vacancy and are looking for a driven Forklift Operator / Inventory Assistant who can support our warehouse with forklift activities and become a contributing member of our team in Dandenong South.

About you and the role:

High Reach/Counterbalance forklift driving experience a must.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs.

Receiving/Storing - unloading and loading trucks.

Stocktake/Quality control (ensuring inbound/outbound shipment accuracy, checking for damage and reporting quality variances).

Stock putaway's and replenishment.

General warehouse duties.

Keen eye for detail & ability to work within set KPI's.

Punctual and reliable with a great work ethic.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Be a contributor with continuous improvement initiatives.

Adhere to OH&S policies.

Maintaining a clean working environment.

The successful candidates will possess:

LF Forklift Licence – with proven High Reach experience.

Have prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment.

Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.

Experience using RF scanners.

Experience with a WMS.

Attention to Detail.

Reliable & Punctual.

Safety Awareness.

Teamwork and Communication Skills.

Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
