About the role

AUZ Country Carriers' is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a full-time position responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment in our busy warehouse environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move and stack materials and products within the warehouse
  • Ensure all goods are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform routine pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or maintenance requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, ideally in a warehousing or logistics environment
  • Valid forklift license and experience operating a range of material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices
