The RoleThe Application Support Analyst works closely with the Systems Support team in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) TAFE Services team to implement, support and maintain student systems that support TAFE Colleges and other key stakeholders. The position's main function is to provide high quality application support for student systems.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience working in a role supporting business applications, preferably in the context of student systems, with a focus towards application support including problem resolution and testing of system functionality. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience in the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse audience in relation to system requirements and support. Furthermore, you will also have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions to address them.
