About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Carpenter to join our team, based in various locations across Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time position, where you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced tradespeople and develop your carpentry and glass installation skills. You'll be hands on learning through working on commercial job sites, meaning less time required at trade school.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the construction and installation of a variety of glass and aluminium fit outs
  • Learning how to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Developing proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly used across a carpentry trade
  • Participating in the preparation and finishing of materials for projects
  • Working as part of a team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
  • Increased hands-on learning
  • Attending off-the-job training to obtain your carpentry qualification
