Located close to the Rosebud foreshore, our café is entering an exciting new chapter. We're reimagining a beloved local café into a vibrant coastal hub where locals and visitors can relax, connect, and enjoy great food and coffee. The Role

As we gear up for a busy summer season, we're looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our vibrant café team.

Whether you bring years of barista experience or a passion for coffee and customer service, we value team players who take pride in delivering great coffee and creating a welcoming, positive experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft exceptional coffee with speed and precision
  • Creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer
  • Greeting, seating, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
  • Clearing tables and keeping the dining space clean and well-presented
  • Handling customer payments accurately using POS system
  • Assisting with café setup and close-down procedures
  • Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a fast-paced café environment (barista and/or café duties)
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Barista skills (or willingness to learn with training provided)
  • Reliable, well-presented, punctual and team-oriented
  • Comfortable with EFTPOS/POS systems and food handling basics
  • Availability across weekdays, weekends, and school holidays
