- Deliver excellent customer service and handle any queries or issues professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced café environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability on weekends and public holidays.
