**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Duty Manager/Supervisor**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

**Barista**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, beans, and brewing methods.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Keep the barista station clean, organised, and stocked.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in making a wide range of coffee drinks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
