Close knit community in Bangor (Sutherland Shire)

We are looking for a Part time or Full time Pharmacist (Saturdays essential but also negotiable)

Well-supported team 2-3 Pharmacists per shift (2 pharmacists rostered on Saturdays and 3 on weekdays)

About us

Our patient focused Pharmacy has operated for more than 25 years and has established strong connections within the community that we care for and nurture. Positioned next door to a medical centre we work closely with the GPs and have a long- standing reputation of professional practice.

To expand out team we are looking for an exceptional Pharmacist to complement our cohesive and collaborative team. A key to our success is our team-based delivery having 2 or more pharmacists on site at all time. This enables us to provide high-quality patient care.

Ideally you will have:


• Experience facilitating return to community -based care following hospital discharge


• A warm and effective way of communicating (+ excellent oral and written communication skills)


• Ability to set people at ease with your exceptional interpersonal style


• Genuine passion for patient counselling


• High attention to detail


• The ability to be decisive in making professional and clinical judgements


• Familiarity checking Webster packs for patients


• Knowledge of Z dispensing software or willing to learn


• Familiar with Medspro/Webstercare or willing to learn


• Contribute to the overall operations and growth of the pharmacy


• Participation in embracing scope of practice within the pharmacy profession


• Vaccinating desirable but not essential
