About the Role

As a BMW Product Genius, you'll be the friendly face behind the features. You'll help customers explore the latest innovations in BMW's lineup—from intuitive infotainment to electrified performance—and make sure they leave feeling confident, inspired, and smiling.

This is a stepping stone to becoming a Certified BMW New Vehicle Sales Consultant. You'll gain deep product knowledge, build customer relationships, and develop the skills needed to grow your career within the BMW network.

You won't be selling—you'll be storytelling, educating, and connecting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver fun, informative product demos and vehicle walkarounds

  • Help customers understand BMW features, tech, and benefits

  • Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer insights
