An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to lead the MINI brand at Glenelg BMW & MINI, based in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art dealership

We operate a 5-day week Monday to Friday.

About the Opportunity:

You will be responsible for the MINI sales department with the primary objective to achieve sales targets and profit margins through the focus on key elements including customer service, the sales process and discipline, product knowledge and effective administration.

The Brand Manager is also responsible for assisting the sales process in providing finance and insurance options to customers along with the upsell of Car care and accessory products. The position has a strong focus on selling various finance and insurance products along with additional aftercare products to achieve agreed income and penetration targets. The Brand Manager must comply with established policies and procedures and adhere to strict internal and external compliance regulations and procedures.

You will have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. As a member of a supportive and collaborative team, you will be a dynamic thinker and well-versed in how to close a sale. With a confident manner, positive attitude, and a desire for success, you will be motivated to exceed set individual sales targets.
