JFT Japan Foods Trading Pty. Ltd. – Rowville, VIC

JFT Japan Foods Trading Pty. Ltd. is one of Victoria's oldest and largest Japanese food importers and distributors, proudly supplying authentic Japanese products across the state. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Rowville office.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and handling incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Creating sales orders and invoices
  • Data entry and record management
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English (essential)
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills (highly regarded)
  • A bright, positive personality with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest or knowledge in Japanese food products (an advantage)
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates returning to the workforce
