About the role

  • Oversee the daily running of the Food Truck, from prep to service
  • Cook and serve a rotating menu of crowd-pleasing items
  • Work with our production staff to develop menu items that pair well with our beverages
  • Manage junior staff including training
  • Maintain quality, presentation, and consistency every time
  • Manage stock, ordering, and prep efficiently
  • Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
