About the Role

We are seeking a Production Process Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Ormeau.

In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day production operations by:

• Packing product/powder accurately as per packing sheets
• Labelling, sleeving, sealing, and palletising finished goods
• Performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting the warehouse team when required
• Upholding WH&S, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

What you'll be doing

• Following process instructions and procedures
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of your work
• Reporting any non-conformities to Quality Control
• Completing all paperwork accurately and on time
• Observing and adhering to safe work instructions
• Reporting hazards and incidents immediately
• Following company polices and procedures

What you'll bring

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset & reliable work ethic
• Able to repetitively and safely perform manual handling tasks
• Commitment to WH&S procedures, including PPE requirements
• Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (desirable)
• Reliable transport to attend work
