We'll be honest, we're not a corporate wellness company with rigid structures and upper management who don't know your name. We're a small, fast growing mobile-based Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy practice doing meaningful things for meaningful people.

We predominantly work with NDIS participants and are heavily focused on running exercise and rehabilitation sessions with a core goal - make it fun, get them fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting 1-on-1 in-home exercise physiology sessions across Sydney (you'll need reliable transport)
  • Working with a diverse client base: neurodivergent individuals, seniors, cardiac rehab, falls prevention, strength and conditioning
  • Writing NDIS reports, keeping up to date documentation and clinical notes (we'll help you get good at this)
  • Managing your own schedule and caseload - flexibility is the whole point
  • Collaborating directly with the director (me) on clinical development, client care, and practice growth

Translation:
You run your sessions your way, manage your time how you want, and we'll support you to get better at what you do.

Who We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology + ESSA accreditation
  • Experience (or strong interest) in: neurodivergence, seniors, cardiac rehab, falls prevention, strength and conditioning
  • Reliable vehicle for mobile service
  • The ability to talk to humans like they're humans (you, our clients and myself are not robots... I think)

Bonus points:

  • NDIS experience (but not a dealbreaker if you're willing to learn)
  • You're comfortable working independently but also keen to collaborate when it makes sense
  • You want to grow beyond just being a clinician - interested in management, operations, or building something bigger? We're open to that with the right person.

The Work Setup

  • Location:
    Mobile service across Sydney (you'll travel to clients—typically no more than 30 mins between sessions)
  • Hours:
    Flexible - full-time, part-time, or casual depending on what works for you
  • Client base:
    Almost 100% NDIS Participants
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (FTE)
