The Role

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll make a tangible difference every day by:

• Helping people with injury or disability remain in, or return to, meaningful employment
• Delivering occupational rehabilitation and NDIS capacity-building supports
• Conducting assessments, developing recovery and return-to-work, and employment plans
• Liaising with employers, medical providers, insurers and participants
• Enhancing the benefits of inclusive employment to organisations across industries

About You

You might be an Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or someone with strong employment services experience who's ready to grow into this space.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Emotional intelligence, empathy, and genuine care for people
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A solution-focused mindset and excellent time management
• Relevant qualifications and current professional registration (AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, or equivalent)
• National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening (or the eligibility to apply), driver's licence, and vehicle
