Whilst the traditional title for this position is "Head of College", make no mistake the Board intends to appoint someone with genuine CEO capability and vision to lead a transformation of the college.

As Head of College/CEO, you will work closely with the Board and stakeholders on strategic direction, infrastructure and business development, while ensuring robust financial management. We seek to appoint a transformational leader, with sophisticated and contemporary management skills who thrives in an environment of organisational and personal accountability. As Head of College/CEO, you will understand the need to create an environment that fosters student wellbeing, academic success and community engagement. This will include working closely with staff, students, alumni, and university partners to uphold Trinity's values and drive the mission forward.

Ideally, intending applicants will offer proven experience in an executive leadership role within the Student Accommodation or Education sectors; however the Board is open to hearing from candidates with relevant experience and fresh ideas from other industries. Importantly, the person appointed must offer exceptional skills and experience in creating and delivering a vision for change, managing within an accountability framework (KPI driven), operations management, and experience working with a Board. We seek demonstrated experience in property and infrastructure planning and managing large capital projects.
