About Us:

Regent Motors Group is a privately owned and operated automotive business based in Perth. We employ over 900 personnel across 13 sites with further growth in the pipeline.

Our businesses include some of the most iconic Car Dealerships in Perth, such as Scarboro Toyota and Auto Classic BMW.

We are now seeking the services of a HR Advisor to join our HR and Payroll team at our Head Office, based in Subiaco.

Position Overview:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices. You will provide guidance on a range of HR matters, promote employee engagement, and support managers in driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in employee performance management and development initiatives.
  • Handle mid-level employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution and mediation support.
  • Coordinate the roll-out of training and development initiatives
  • Monthly HR Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees and managers.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3  years experience in an HR advisory role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
