OAC Rhodes is a vibrant 157-place campus, spanning two buildings with nine rooms. Set in a diverse and growing community, this campus offers strong potential for an experienced and commercially minded leader to make an impact.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader and leading a diverse team of educators, the Campus Director will:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to inspire and develop the educator team
  • Drive retention by strengthening family trust and ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Build on an already positive culture while restoring stability after leadership changes
  • Lead operational performance including staffing, compliance, and commercial outcomes
  • Partner with education specialists to ensure best-practice educational delivery

About you

You are a confident and capable leader with experience managing large or complex early learning services. You will bring:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and significant leadership experience
  • Experience managing large teams and complex service operations
  • Strong business and commercial acumen to support occupancy growth
  • Ability to inspire and mentor educators while engaging effectively with affluent and diverse families
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to OAC's HEART values
