Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Manager/Director

You will be responsible for shaping and executing company's communication strategy across investors, shareholders, media, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role will lead proactive capital markets engagement, develop compelling corporate messaging, support executive leadership communications, and strengthen company's brand and reputation in the Australian and global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all investor relations activities including earnings announcements, investor presentations, annual reports, and market disclosures, working with external support agencies when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and retail investors, analysts, brokers, and financial media.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain the corporate narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Prepare ASX releases in collaboration with executive leadership and legal counsel when required.
  • Manage communication strategies related to capital markets activities, which may include fundraising, M&A, and corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of media engagement strategies and build strong relationships with key reporters and publications.
  • Develop executive speechwriting, Q&A briefs, and messaging frameworks for CEO and board communications.
  • Coordinate the production of the Company's annual report.
  • Maintain the company's corporate website and corporate social media channels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Public Relations, a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years experience in investor relations, corporate communications, capital markets, or related function, ideally within ASX‑listed companies or financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and capital markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage executive-level communication priorities.
  • Demonstrated media relations experience.
