Why join us

  • As a certified B Corp, we're part of a global business community who meet the highest social and environmental standards, balancing profit and purpose.

  • We offer flexible working options, competitive salary and 13% super.
  • Our staff have access to a range of meaningful benefits to support their physical and mental wellbeing including 24/7 free counselling, free flu vaccinations and discounted gym memberships.
  • We also support staff with study assistance, paid parental leave (regardless of gender), volunteer, bereavement, gender affirmation and family violence leave; and the opportunity for bonus annual leave.
  • We support our staff to grow their careers through learning and development and an organisational culture where we reward and recognise innovation and values, not long hours.
  • We are committed to building an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce that reflects the Australian community.
  • We care for a conservation reserve – where we work with key partner organisations to protect threatened species and involve staff in conservation.

What you will be doing

  • Lead infrastructure delivery across merger and acquisition and BAU initiatives, with a focus on AD migration and system consolidation.
  • Apply SFIA-aligned capabilities including:

  • Stakeholder Coordination (RLMT Level 3) – Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Resource Allocation (RESC Level 3) – Manage resources to meet project milestones.
  • Risk Management (BURM Level 3) – Identify and mitigate risks, escalating where necessary.
  • Quality Assurance (QUAS Level 3) – Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Security Compliance (SCTY Level 3) – Apply CPS 234 and CPS 230 frameworks to infrastructure projects.
  • Continuous Improvement (CIPM Level 3) – Contribute to lessons learned and process enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and compliance, contributing to lessons learned and process refinement
  • Support governance of BAU initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, PMP, or ITIL are highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure delivery, especially in AD migration and system consolidation.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, including domain upgrades, cloud integration, and migration tools (e.g. PowerShell, Quest On Demand, Microsoft Entra Connect).
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (CPS 234, CPS 230).
  • Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to Bank Australia's purpose, values, and B Corp ethos.
