**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll lead multiple projects from concept to delivery with a focus on both execution and mentorship.

You will:

- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce (internal) and React/AWS (external) platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures and guide technology decisions.
- Lead agile delivery including sprint planning, technical estimation and backlog prioritisation.
- Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team (Salesforce, frontend, backend, QA).
- Partner with Product, DevOps and business stakeholders to translate vision into delivery.
- Uphold code quality via code reviews, automation, CI/CD and observability best practices.
- Contribute to codebases in key areas, especially those with architectural impact.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance engineering culture.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a passion for leadership.

You’ll ideally have:

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role (desirable).
- Proven experience with full-stack development across ReactJS, Node.js and AWS.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) or managing Salesforce-integrated systems.
- A strong grasp of CI/CD, DevOps practices and cloud-native architecture.
- A passion for growing teams, mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to leading by example.
