A rare opportunity exists to join the Karratha Branch as a Casual Warranty Administrator.

The Role

The Warranty Administrator will report directly to the Service/Workshop Managers & Branch Manager and will prepare warranty documents, submit paperwork to the manufacturer and track requests to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work done.

This role is all about having the right attitude and drive, you will be proactive and a team player who is enthusiastic to join a supportive, busy and diverse working environment.

This role is offered as a casual position, working a few days a week at the Double R Karratha Branch. Double R are happy to accommodate school hours and days that are suitable for the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Processing of warranty claims within required timelines.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to follow through and ensure timely processing of claims, and remediating discrepancies where required.
  • Following procedures and processes implemented by dealer groups.
  • Keeping abreast of factory recalls and announcements.
  • Keeping an accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts.
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders.
  • Working closely with Branch Management Team and Head Office Management Team.

To be successful you will have:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Computer program experience including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • A strong focus on processes and deadlines.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team.
