As our new Home Care Administrator, you'll be the friendly, organised, and proactive link between our clients, inspectors, and trades, ensuring every homeowner enjoys a smooth and supportive warranty journey.

About the Role

As a Home Care Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Ensuring clients have a positive experience during the maintenance and warranty period of their new home
  • Coordinating appointments, inspections, and repairs with inspectors and trades
  • Managing defect documentation and work orders with precision and care
  • Providing timely updates and clear communication to clients and contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Customer-focused with strong administrative and time management skills
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • A natural problem solver with high attention to detail
  • Familiar with construction plans and the residential building process (desirable, but not a must)
  • Knowledgeable about the Victorian Building Authority Guide to Standards and Tolerances (or willing to learn)
