The opportunity
Snowy River Perth is looking for an excellent communicator that is highly organised and a compassionate professional to join our successful team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth management of the warranty process of all vans for the service yard. This role interacts with the general public where you will be responsible for creating a customer experience that matches our values and quality of product.

Key Accountabilities

  • Compliance bookings
  • Liaising with the transport inspector
  • Communication with PD on compliance order as per schedule
  • Bookings of service
  • Customer payments
  • Joint management of handover schedule with sales department
  • Assist in van inspection when vans arrive for transport damage
