About the Opportunity
As Business Services Coordinator of our Finance Business Services Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through supporting the delivery of high-quality business services.
This role offers the opportunity to gather, analyse, and report on service data—primarily from accounts services—used across the Business Services and wider Finance functions.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain systems for rostering, Oracle time reporting, and leave management.
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including contractor work orders and invoice quality checks.
- Ability to understand the impact of headcount movements and maintain HR data integrity in rostering systems.
- Financial reconciliations as required.
- Prepare business performance reports and recommend improvements to efficiency and service delivery.
- Analyse monthly financial variances and support budget development and management.
- Support asset financial management audits and governance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
- Experience in financial/accounting roles within large, complex organisations, with relevant qualifications.
- Experience using Allocate Optima HealthRoster system.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial systems (e.g. Oracle).
- Proven ability to manage and improve financial systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in high-volume environments.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
