What You'll Own

You'll work directly with our Marketing Director and strategic team to execute We Brand's B2B marketing initiatives. We Brand is an enterprise brand compliance platform, and you'll be responsible for coordinating campaigns, content, and sales enablement that drive pipeline and revenue.

Your work includes:

  • Coordinating demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise marketing and brand teams
  • Managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of B2B assets (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, email sequences)
  • Creating and optimizing marketing collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets, email campaigns)
  • Coordinating with sales to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and lead follow-up
  • Managing our LinkedIn presence and B2B social strategy
  • Supporting product launches, demos, and enterprise client events
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Maintaining our CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Conducting competitive research and staying current on enterprise marketing trends
  • Coordinating webinars, virtual events, and customer success stories
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all enterprise touchpoints
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners

You'll be the glue between marketing, sales, and leadership. Your ability to coordinate across teams and keep everyone aligned will be crucial to We Brand's growth.

What We're Looking For

B2B marketing experience:

  • 2-4 years in marketing coordination, demand generation, or sales enablement (B2B SaaS or enterprise tech strongly preferred)
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, webinars)
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing supports pipeline growth
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (you can create compelling B2B content)

Enterprise understanding:

  • You know how to market to enterprise buyers (focus on ROI, compliance, and business value)
  • You can translate complex product features into clear benefits
  • You understand the importance of professional, polished execution in B2B
  • You're comfortable coordinating with sales teams and aligning on goals

Operator qualities:

  • You're detail-oriented and nothing falls through the cracks
  • You're organized and create systems that scale
  • You communicate clearly with different audiences (marketing, sales, leadership, customers)
  • You're analytical and use data to measure success
  • You're proactive and anticipate needs before they're urgent
  • You're collaborative and build strong relationships across teams

Bonus points:

  • Experience in marketing technology, DAM, brand management software, or martech
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise demand gen
  • Familiarity with brand compliance, governance, or distributed marketing
  • Graphic design or content creation skills
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership or in strategic planning
  • Understanding of enterprise marketing operations and processes
