Description

  • Maintain and update master data in SAP Plant Maintenance
  • Manage the effective functioning of SAP to support maintenance planning and work order dissemination
  • Plan, prioritise, and allocate routine and non-routine maintenance tasks across critical infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards

Profile

  • Proficient in SAP PM and CMMS software
  • Strong background in maintenance planning, ideally in industrial or scientific environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team of experienced planners
  • Holds or is eligible for Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen preferred; PR considered)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities
