ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Casual Workforce Specialist, you'll assist in managing and coordinating our casual workforce—including facilitators and markers—across the CA Program. You'll help operationalise best practice workforce management including selection, rostering, and administration, while collaborating with Education and People & Culture teams to ensure accuracy and integrity in workforce data and engagement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Planning and organising: Assist in reviewing current casual workforce management and determining future needs.
  • Allocation and planning: Evidence-based selection and rostering of casual workforce.
  • Recruitment and payroll administration: Support recruitment, onboarding, job scheduling, timesheet management, and payment approvals.
  • Process improvement: Review and update workforce processes to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Collaboration: Work with Education and People & Culture teams to manage workforce engagement.
  • Performance management: Assist with performance matters and maintain records.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in resource allocation, scheduling, and/or recruitment processes.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in resource allocation, scheduling, and recruitment processes.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and team contribution.
