Job Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION DP World is currently seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join the team based at our Port Botany Terminal.
In this role you will play a key role in collating, evaluating, and delivering efficient workforce planning solutions by managing daily rostering and leave planning, while working closely with Operations and HR teams to forecast requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available, working Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, compliant rosters aligned with operational needs and Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
Escalate rostering issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
Keep workforce planning data and documentation up to date.
Manage annual leave planning, ensuring deadlines are met and impacts are forecast.
Highlight workforce gaps early and release plans on schedule.
Work with internal teams and external partners to support effective workforce planning.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience Experience in workforce planning/rostering with knowledge of industrial agreements and awards.
Skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and actionable recommendations.
Proficient in Excel with strong attention to detail and process focus.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and handle urgent requests.
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
