Our HR Consultancy specializes in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Payroll Auditing, HR and Payroll system implementations, Workplace Health and Safety, Recruitment and Workers Compensation. We serve as the guiding hand that small to medium-sized businesses need for comprehensive HR support.

As a junior consultant you will be mentored by senior consultants and our team leads who specialise in the most complex areas of HR. We'll help you build deep expertise in award interpretation, pay compliance, restructures, performance management, and the nuances of the Fair Work Act. This is a hands-on learning environment where you'll gain exposure to real-world, challenging scenarios and receive direct guidance from experienced consultants who love to teach.

This is a work-from-home position, giving you the flexibility to do meaningful, challenging work from wherever you're most productive. Our team stays connected through regular online catch-ups and plenty of support to make sure you never feel isolated.
The Position:
We are experiencing rapid growth company wide, we are looking for a full-time junior consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities for the HR and IR Team:
• Draft expert advice on Award coverage and interpreting awards.
• Support our team in providing Human Resource and Industrial Relations advice across a variety of industries.
• Support our team in providing advice regarding managing absenteeism, performance concerns, and serious misconduct matters.
• Provide administration support on restructure projects, ensuring compliance and clear communication throughout the process.
• Review, draft, and implement tailored HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, ensuring they are customised to the client's industry, Award, and operational needs.
• Assist with Workers Compensation claims.
• Assist with payroll audits of varying complexity, from routine checks to extensive investigations over extended periods.
• Provide support with the implementation of payroll and HRIS systems, including validate client data, identifying and resolving anomalies prior to integration.
• Create practical learning materials and resources to support managers and staff in system adoption.
