Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer/Specialisation Coordinator based in Melbourne, VIC. The Lecturer/Specialisation Coordinator will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing course materials, coordinating specializations, and assessing student performance. The role also involves mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs. Collaboration with other faculty members and participation in academic meetings are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lecturing, curriculum development, and academic coordination
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and support students academically and professionally
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in the relevant field
