The Dalgaranga Gold Mine processing plant is currently in care and maintenance and is part of the wider Mt Magnet hub, with a projected mine life of over 17 years and a range of high-grade ore sources, and excellent exploration upside.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager this role manages the commercial, administration and supply teams at Dalgaranga Gold Mine. You will ensure strong financial measurement and reporting of production and accounting outcomes and deliver improvements across systems, people and processes. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead the on-site commercial, supply, warehouse and administration teams.
• Oversee site financial reporting, cost tracking and budget compliance.
• Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term financial plans with clear contingencies and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Group Contracts to negotiate and manage commercial terms and conditions.
• Manage site administration functions including accommodation, travel and village services.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, financial delegations, and all HSE, HR and legal requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in financial performance, systems and processes as the site moves into an exciting production environment.

About You
We are seeking a commercially focused leader with a strong finance background and proven experience in mining or large-scale resource operations.

You Will Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting with CA/CPA membership.
• Broad post-qualification experience within mining, construction, or the resources sector.
• Strong financial and commercial management skills, including budget preparation and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and support high-performing teams.
• Advanced financial modelling and MS Excel skills; Pronto ERP experience desirable.
• Highly developed negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience with INX systems (InFlight, InControl, Intuition) highly regarded.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence and a National Police Clearance.
