About this opportunity

Securecorp currently has outstanding opportunities for a Security Guard to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to our retail site in Helensvale/Gold Coast.  You will receive compensation featuring award-based rates and additional allowances such as First Aid allowances where applicable. We're looking for Casual Security Guards to join our team with plenty of hours available as we head into the busy Christmas period. With opportunities for advancement within our organisation and beyond, your professional journey finds a promising trajectory with us.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Providing a high level of security and customer service duties.
• Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
• Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.
• Assess and respond to situations of risk.
• Access control.
• Incident report writing and data logs.

Pay Rate & Roster:

• Paid between a Level 1 to Level 2 - starting from $33.91
• Weekly First Aid allowance of $36.46
• Saturday rate starting from $47.48 per hour
• Sunday & overtime rate starting from $61.04 per hour
• Public holiday rate starting from $74.61 per hour
