About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our friendly and dedicated team within the Critical Care & Perioperative Services Directorate. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and business support services in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment. You'll be at the heart of operations, responsible for tasks such as invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, records management, and supporting the coordination of business activities. You'll also act as a go-to contact for business support enquiries, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across the Directorate.
In this diverse and engaging role, you'll contribute to the behind-the-scenes success of the Directorate by assisting in areas such as workforce coordination, financial tracking, IT support, and asset and facilities management. Whether you're creating and processing forms, allocating costs, or supporting business improvement initiatives, your work will help ensure essential clinical services are delivered efficiently and effectively. About You
You are a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing high-quality administrative support. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail help you build effective relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
- Experience in delivering a range of administrative and business support services using Microsoft Office programs.
- Committed to customer service excellence and continuous professional development.
